Memoir

Context

Harris has generally kept a low profile since her November 2024 defeat; however, in July, she announced a forthcoming campaign memoir, "107 Days" – a nod to her abbreviated presidential run. The book is due out on September 23. On Wednesday, The Atlantic published an initial excerpt.

Excerpt

In the book, Harris writes: "'It's Joe and Jill's decision.'
