Kirk Suspect Details

Shooter Arrested
Details emerged about Tyler Robinson, 22, the suspect in the fatal shooting of conservative activist Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University.
Context
Kirk, 31, founded Turning Point USA, the most influential conservative youth organization in the country, with a presence on more than 3,500 college campuses. He was shot during his "American Comeback Tour" while answering a student's question about transgender Americans and mass shootings. The FBI had released photographs of a "person of interest" and offered a $100,000 reward before Robinson's arrest. Investigators recovered a high-powered, bolt-action Mauser rifle with engravings on unfired bullets that contained online memes and video game references, including one that read, "Hey fascist! CATCH!" with a series of arrows believed to be a reference to summoning a bomb in a popular video game, while another engraving read, "If you read This you are GAY Lmao."
Governor Reveals Background
On Thursday, Robinson's father reportedly convinced Robinson to turn himself into the police after a statewide manhunt.
