NYT Sues Pentagon Over Press Policies

NYT Sues
The New York Times filed a lawsuit against the Pentagon, claiming new press policies violated journalists' constitutional rights.
Context
In October, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth implemented a new 21-page policy requiring journalists to sign agreements restricting their newsgathering activities. Lawsuit Details
